My first booking was great!This one was the worst Iโve ever experienced!I understand I was late and Iโm grateful that you still accommodated me,however the therapist ripped the hair from me so bad that I was bleeding!I am aware that a Hollywood is very intimate,but the therapist was rubbing me with powder a bit to excessively!and in places powder did not need to be! I was very uncomfortable that I kept asking how much was left as I want to end the session! hair still left when she said finished.

It was my first time sugaring or any type of waxing and everyone I met that day was so lovely from the receptionist to the lovely lady doing my waxing. She was so reassuring and patient I would definitely come back
