My therapist did not seem to be trained properly as at one point when the sugar became too sticky and she was unable to pull it off my skin, she began to tug it in an upward motion. She then explained the rash looking marks left on my skin were because of “ingrowns”- which didn’t make much sense to me but said it would disappear in a few hours. Hours later and into what is days after now, I’ve been left with ugly looking bruises due to my therapist not removing the sugar properly.

I can’t recommend Olena_A enough! She was considerate and careful, but thorough and efficient at the same time. She made me feel really comfortable and I’m very happy with the results. This was my first time, so wasn’t even sure I’d go all the way with the procedure as am very sensitive to pain, but Olena managed the whole process greatly. Spoiler: sugaring is surprisingly less painful vs waxing. The place itself is clean and welcoming. Definitely coming back!
