I had never had a wax or sugaring before. Olena was kind and explained everything. I listened to my ear buds and she concurred it would be a good distraction. The sides pinched a little, but I found the rest of the experience pleasant, not embarrassing and there was thankfully no hard sell at the end. It is expensive at £55 and I tipped. But the result so far 3 days later is very smooth. Will be returning to Oleana, she is a real asset to Sugaring. Tiny shop by the way.
