It was my first time ever getting waxed! While it was a bit more painful than I expected, Anna was wonderful at guiding me through it and finding ways to ease the pain. I think I'm just exceptionally sensitive! Despite this, I'm already considering getting it done again as I'm very happy with the results. I've heard the first time is the worst! Anna made me feel really comfortable, safe, and cared for. Really grateful for my first experience!
