This was my first time, and whilst the experience was a little sore (understandably), Maria was reassuring and asked me a few times if I wanted to take a break. The receptionist was also lovely!

The therapist was really lovely, had no issues with her personally but this is my second time having sugaring as a treatment (both times at sugaring london but two different branches) and unfortunately I think their training is not great because both times the end result is breakage of the hair so leave without being smooth and within 2 days there is “regrowth”. I have since looked up the correct method and for me both times they did not hold the skin taut so of course it was breakage.
