The therapist Olena!!!!! Is thorough, great, pays attention to details and is gentle in her waxing…! The therapist made me go to the location!!!! And I got there it was a wow!!!!! Bigger space and very clean and more importantly I had a relaxing day enjoying my time with Olena!!! She makes waxing so enjoying for me always! And you deserve a 10’star if there was anything like that

Lovely time as per usual! My waxing lady was so friendly. I highly appreciate the team at Marble Arch for accommodating me earlier than my appointment. I was prepared to wait for 30mins but they had time and accommodated me. I love this branch! x
