Had to look for a new place after my lady moved abroad, was apprehensive finding a new place but this place has never let me down. I have done Hollywood treatments here and only here since. Very clean space and very hygienic

Olha was lovely. However, she was applying and pulling the hair wax in lots of different directions (in the direction of hair growth and against the direction of hair growth). This caused a lot of hair breakage which is more difficult to pull out therefore leaving hairs after the session. I have curly hair so this probably confused her? Iโll do my best to be vocal about it in the moment next time.

It was a great experience. This was my second time at this location, and they are super attentive and efficient. The attention to detail was great, and my waxer kept making sure everything was good and that I was feeling comfortable, answered all my questions about after care, and even made suggestions of great products to use.
