I love sugaring, and keep coming back because it's the best option I've found so far. That said, my experience here was less satisfactory than others I've had at the same venue. My therapist was distracted & the treatment was not as well-organised or held as I've experienced before. Hopeful that this changes soon :)

Service was great, the lady checked that I was okay throughout the treatment. I was running late due to train delays and they still accommodated kindly.

Mariana waxed the front part of my legs, she applied the liquid lotion, then she waxed the back of my legs, but at this time she put the wax on an area covered by the lotion she earlier applied from the front. She hurt me as the area waxed after the lotion got torn off. I explain her what happened and ask her in this case to apply some talc before the wax. She didn’t apologise, not even thank me for the teaching.
Otherwise no stop questioning (what I do for work etc.), which is stressful.
