I regularly come to this venue, and it's always great. Nikki was lovely, completely professional and super sweet. She is attentive, doesn't rush, and checks in regularly about how the skin is feeling. She kindly chatted away with me, which completely took my mind off the discomfort. I always book an appointment after work, and all the staff are so lovely, even after a long day. Deffo recommend.
