First time going professional with hair removal. Did a lot of research and took the opportunity to do it here whilst I was in London. Followed Sugaring London on IG and believed in the brand. Nikki was great with me, paid close attention to removing the hair & not missing any spots. She checked in with me throughout. I had fabulous results and the effect on my skin after is wonderful! After the first 3 tugs the sensation was tolerable - I expected worse! I’m definitely coming back!

Julie was verz fast, efficient and checked in with me regularly to see if the pain of the sugaring was ok, she was very caring, and I am very happy with the results.
