Vasy was great - super thorough + precise. She made sure I was ok and asked me to check each area for any stray hairs after (but there weren’t any!). Minus one star for the whole experience because when I booked I left the default ‘any employee’ selected for each service but then I got a text saying I’d apparently booked myself in three different rooms with three different therapists?! I’m not sure why that’s the default setting + it made me anxious to book again in case that happens again
