Good treatment and staff are very attentive. My criticism is not being eligible for getting salon rewards if you book via Treatwell which is contradictory to what I was told when I first started coming. I feel like it might put me off from rebooking

Best wax I’ve had in London! So much less painful than traditional hot wax

I had an appointment with Yuliia today. She was friendly, did an excellent sugaring job and gave me a lot of useful tips regarding post-treatment care :)
