I’ve been getting sugaring for more than two years in multiple cities and have used this company many times at both the Notting Hill and King’s Cross location. This was the worst sugaring experience I’ve ever had. The provider seemed really impatient and maybe new. She stripped in tiny little patches and was so violent about it there were pieces of the sugar wax flying through the air. Most providers will apply pressure after ripping to reduce pain she wouldn’t. Painful, messy, not good.

Great experience! Everyone there is really nice and are very thorough. They did an amazing job and would 100% recommend! Skin is smooth and happy!

The 50 min appointment only lasted 35 min and it felt very rushed. I also had large lumps of the sugaring wax stuck in my hair! My therapist didn’t mention anything and I didn’t realise until I was home. I did ask for a hair net to protect my hair just before and she said the Kings Cross location does not provide them.
I’ve been coming to sugaring London monthly, for over 2 years, the quality of the experience seems to be declining!
