Prices/options need to be clearer on the website - I booked a particular appointment but on arrival was informed it wasn't appropriate for me (there was no indication of this on the website). I then opted for an alternative hair appointment (which is slightly more expensive). Sue did however do a very good job and fit me in despite the new time taking longer. I will be happy to return!

Tracey knows her stuff when it comes to fine hair like mine. Was my first visit and felt so welcome and in good hands. Really lovely salon with friendly service.
