I have been cutting my own hair since March 2020 and booked for a half hour dry cut appt as I didn't think Sue would be able to do much with my hair and it would be a quick trim to correct my mistakes and then become a work in progress. Sue transformed by hair and spent much longer than 30 minutes on it, she never once made me feel rushed and was lovely from the minute I arrived. I understand why she has such high ratings.
