I came in for a gel mani and pedi, loved my pedi but hated my mani. I asked for a short and square shape and Sabba filed my nails at a slant!!! Surely a professional should know how to file a simple shape! When i flagged this she thought I was in the wrong! When she tried to correct the thumb, she continued to file the wrong corner which made my nail shape worse. I showed the owner Sudan that neither hands matched up too, the left hand had sharp angular edges whereas the right had rounded corners. All she offered me was to re file them in that instant, but as i had other appointments that day I couldn't stay any longer, instead of offering a discount or to come back another time, she sent me to the cash point to take money out as her card machine wasn't working. No one apologised for the shoddy work or did anything to suitably rectify it. I paid £55 for a lop sided service, if i could upload a picture you would never go there!

Good pedicure but had to wait 20 minutes even though I had made an appointment.

Won’t go back here ever not because of the treatment but more the staff and how unprofessional they all were. My app was 12.30, I arrived at 12.15, not one staff member acknowledged me or even looked up. There were 3 staff members doing nails and 4 girls in the waiting area!! I knew then that something had gone wrong! 30 mins later I spoke up that I had an app, the girls kind of just ignored me shouted downstairs to Sudan! She came up and checked the app book and then the Treatwell app on her phone and realised that both were fully booked but nobody had synced the two! So she then tells me that they can’t do my nails today at any time!! After I’d already been waiting 40 mins, I looked at her app book for her and asked her to cancel her 1.30 app since I was already in her shop and I’m not local!! First she refused but after I explained to her need my nails today for a holiday she then rang the girls in her book and cancelled their app. I’m sure those girls wasn’t too impressed either!! They need to get more organised or get a receptionist! Terrible experience and I won’t be going back !!
