Waxing: I booked a Brazilian and ended up with a Hollywood, obviously by the time I realised it was too late to do anything about it. Therapist asked if she could invite her colleague to watch as she was learning, which I agreed to, but then felt very self-conscious and uncomfortable as the spoke with each other in another language throughout.
Nails: Were fine. Would’ve preferred to see files, cuticle pushers, pumice stone etc being removed from sanitiser.
Overall: Won’t visit again.

It's a nice venue and I'd definitely recommend for getting your nails done. The other beauty services seem like a bit of an after thought. They could have a slightly more professional set up downstairs with a room with a door for waxing. The curtain and a slightly messy set-up doesn't make you feel comfortable.
