The lady was either new to waxing or didn’t have enough training because she was putting on wax that wasn’t heated up properly, was leaving wax on my legs and missed patches of hair after I asked her to re- do some areas. Very disappointed with the waxing at this facility definently wouldn’t go back

Unsure of name of therapist that completed my manicure. Decent pedicure but I do feel gel polish removal should be included when returning for treatments. Place could be cleaner, second inadequate experience so won’t be returning

Unsure of name of therapist that completed my pedicure. Booked a pedicure for myself and a friend. Was very rough with mild wound to toe from lack of care but inadequate removal of dead skin on soles of feet. Therapists arguing during treatment and lack of available/working lamps.
