When I arrived the masseuse was on FaceTime & wasn’t expecting me, then she took a while to locate my booking on the system & set up the room, which ate into my allocated massage time. Booked 30mins, got 25mins. The music playing during the session was pop & had Spotify adds throughout, kind of distracting & not very relaxing. The massage itself was not deep tissue as advertised which was the most disappointing thing, more of a gentle back & shoulder massage. Not worth £30.
