I expected a lil bite more from this salon but the overall service was fine and Candy was amazing. When I came in I was barely acknowledged and I could tell they were quite busy and rushing which really impacts the level of customer service received. I had an appointment but was only seen half an hour after my initial appointment time and received no apology. The gel pedicure came out good, could have been a little bit better if candy took her time a little bit more but I was happy
I trust tanya completely. I have come back to her numerous times only to get better results each time. She is quick professional and lovely. Couldn’t recommend more
Everything felt quite rushed and little care was taken - not a particularly relaxing experience. I also waited for 20 minutes having booked on Treatwell.
Nails chipped in less than a week. The place also looked dirty. My manicurist and manager (I think) were having some dispute about how gel should be applied. The manager said “she’s new” so she was going to “oversee” things. The dynamic between them and the situation made me feel very uncomfortable. If you have a new manicurist check and teach ability with a team member, not a paying customer.
