Great lashes when leaving the shop and done very quickly but super itchy and falling out like crazy. Already need an infill after a few days

I am a regular customer but this time the wax did't suit my skin/was too hot/wasn't applied properly and I am experiencing severe burns in my underarms. I am not sure if I will be able to go back as this is super painful though not sure of the cause.
