I was left with clumps where several of my natural lashes were stuck to big clusters of fake lashes. As the lashes gradually fell out, it left huge clumps remaining which then pulled out my natural lashes when they got too heavy and fell out. When I went back to get help fixing the problem, they made me pay £10 for the clumpy lashes to be removed because I didn’t come back within 1 week, even though the problem wasn’t as apparent within that timeframe. Now my natural lashes are damaged and gappy

Don't waste your money! I arrived at my appointment time to be left waiting 30 mins. I pre paid for a gel manicure (inc removal) £40. The gel removal, pedicure and re application of gel on toes was all done in 30 mins. No attention to detail, the therapist rushed through as quickly as she could, staff were not welcoming or friendly, I had to ask how much longer I needed to wait, ignore you when you walk in, I still have tons of hard skin on my feet. Worst pedicure I've ever had.
