They did the bare minimum without much care for the final product. My nails weren't filed properly, so the edges aren't smooth and look jaggedy. My heels are still rough. They used cold water for the footbath during my pedicure. There simply wasn't enough care or attention to detail. My nails look overall fine from a distance but I will not return to this salon unfortunately.

Not happy at all! On arrival, I mentioned I had a nail appointment with Candy, she’s the nail lady I always see and trust. The receptionist gave me someone else due to Candy being busy. This nail tech did my nails in a rush without care. Didn’t seem bothered at all and didn’t make me feel comfortable, the way Candy would. Didn’t do my nails properly either, my builder gels were overly thick, and normally Candy takes her time. She used cuticle oil to massage my hand. That’s how bothered she was
