The waxing felt rushed and I was left to finish off the last steps like cleaning and applying oil on arms because they had a client waiting. One of my underarms was extra sensitive after the wax. I appreciate that I was accommodated at the last minute but I would still expect the complete service.

While the place offers affordable services, threading was more painful than usual. I got gel manicure and pedicure done and paid £10 extra to get French tips done however, my manicure started to chip off from some fingers within 2-3 days. They were kind enough to fix it but the same nail has chipped off again within 2-3 days of them fixing it. And no, I haven’t done any chores like washing dishes.
