Sue is lovely and friendly found her easy to chat to. Gives a honest opinion as well as listening and taking your ideas into account . shes is also very thorough , and is good with before and aftercare :)

Was good that I was able to change booking at last minute, unfortunately didn't like open plan treatment. Too much for world to see . Better if treatment is done in private room .
