I booked arm and leg / bikini wax. Lady had no idea what she was doing and was rather surprised to see I’ve booked for waxing. Then admitted it should have been taken off of her offer long time ago!!! I left after my arm wax, which took ages, left me with burn in the elbow crease and I didn’t even try to stay for leg waxing. Also was presented with rather disgusted grimace when I asked about intimate waxing 🤦🏻♀️
I got my refund after complaining to treatwell cs. Avoid.
