Salon was messy and dirty. I felt really uncomfortable in the wax room, the walls were covered in dirt and the paper towels on the wax bed were not fresh. I could see marks and imprints from the previous client. The Brazilian was not too bad but she left hair in my underarms and I’ve now got multiple ingrown hair spots which are really painful and I’ve never had in my underarms before. No aftercare (cream/oil) was provided. I booked as this salon seemed to have good reviews but I’m unsure why.
