Staff was really lovely and friendly. I got there late and there wasn't an issue with that. They have received me right away. I've done hot waxing and wasn't painful. But I would have preferred the lady who did it to pay a bit more attention to details. Place can be a bit more clean.

I've had quite a few bad and very painful experiences in the past at other places where wax was left on my skin causing irritation. The was here was painless and much more effective, leaving no hairs. Also Ankita was really friendly and professional.
