Had my eyebrows threaded here and was extremely disappointed-left with a gap in my eyebrows. When I pointed this out to my therapist she just told me I have light hair (I have black hair) and just kept offering me the mirror again. I have friends have have come here and had a good experience so perhaps they were having an off day or a different beautician but I definitely won’t be coming back.
