I usually have Ankita and I had booked this wax requesting her specifically. However I was treated by another lady which wasn’t really fair. Totally different experience - much more painful and took double the amount of time - for a nervous person like me the quicker it’s done the better! The wax temperature was hotter (and perhaps too hot) although she did blow on it to help. She struggled at times to remove the wax which was especially painful but this may be because I had left it 6 weeks since the last wax. Although a lovely lady and did a very thorough job, I prefer Ankita’s quick wax style and how pain free she makes it!
