Very welcoming. Air con on a hot day. Offered a drink immediately. Pedicure and nail polish done beautifully. 4 stars for cleanliness as there was some hair and other bits on the floor. I don’t mind this, but feel it is honest to give 4 stars.

The stylist was lovely with my teenage daughter and gave lots of advice on the condition of her hair. It was also the best value cut I found in the whole of West Bridgford! Nice salon, easy to park. Easy to book. A great experience.
