Kumari was amazing! She made me feel completely comfortable, and the waxing was almost pain-free. She was quick and efficient without ever feeling rushed or harsh. She took great care to remove every single hair, and my skin wasn’t irritated at all. So pleased!
The salon itself is lovely! Despite the treatment room being on the smaller side, it was spotless, clutter-free, and felt airy - which made the whole experience even more pleasant.

My best wax ever! Pain-free, quick and thorough. The decor was not as glamorous as I am used to, but I cannot fault the waxing or Kumari at all. Kumari was totally ace! There was no relaxing music, but I prefer to bring my own music anyway. The nail varnish area smelt a bit too strong for me, but the alternative was to open the windows and freeze the customers!
A very pleasant experience with great service! I intend to be a regular customer.
