Beautician (not Kumari) was late, thought I had booked a Hollywood wax (rather than sugaring for a Brazilian). She ended up giving me not even sure what, it was painful, took a long time and I ended up quite raw and it doesn't look nice. Upsetting!

The waxing was good hot wax perfect. Japanese head spa I was abit disappointing because the water frame equipment didn't stay on my hair for long. The massage was too strong. Everything else was fine
