I arrived 5 minutes early, sat in the gym reception for while then the lady that cut my hair came to get me, she took me into the salon on time. It was a dry hair cut and I paid online so it was a very quick experience, maybe 10/15 minutes but the lady that cut my hair was friendly and make light conversation. After an all over trim including layers and fringe she asked me if I was happy or wanted more off. I was happy with the cut so left. I remember the radio in the background that was a plus.
