I think I could have cut my own hair better. I think a college student could have done a better job. Very basic. No thinning of the hair or shaping. Expected her to cut the hair more when dried but she didn't. Talked about herself the whole time. No ambience and drab looking interior. Wish I hadn't pre paid

Easy to book and prepay. 40 minute scheduled appointment started 30 minutes late and was done in less then 20 including a wash and dry. Cut was hurried and basic. Staff’s sharpened acrylic nails frequently scratched my neck. I assumed a more precision cut after it was dry, she did not. I asked for more layering, which was quickly done. There was no effort by staff to retain my services to return again.
