The good: friendly staff, small salon (supporting small business) close to home. The end result of the hair colour was good. Quick turnaround. The negative: overall cleanliness of the salon was poor, for the price you pay I’d expect a better experience: the colour treatment felt a bit ‘harsh’ at times. I would have expected the colourist to be a bit more gentle (less hair pulling ouch) No pampering or scalp massage, water temperature was a bit off too. I wouldn’t go back personally.
