I had an odd experience here. The venue wasn’t at all what I expected- very cramped and needed redecorating. The products used seem to be a little dated.. a paddle brush was used on my hair which kept getting caught on the knots (wet hair) and became quite painful! I didn’t feel that the customer service was where it could be. The balayage and cut was to a good standard, though.
