Booked 30 min head massage on 01/12/2025 at 1.30pm and they made me wait 25 min and sent an inexperienced person to do the massage. She doesn’t have any technique and pressure in her hands. Left my hair as a complete mess. Now comes the best part, the massage room was absolutely filthy covered with all the hair and dust. They have no booking system in place when I asked the reason I have given was they do not have access to TW in store only the owner has it and owner doesn’t stay in the shop.
