Didn't get right to the root. I've had a tsection before and was only 2 foils on sides and kept falling out. Had to redo them again, I prefer G so will wait from now on till available.The receptionist said I had to pay for blow-dry even though had already paid and had to prove that via email. Hairdresser was nice and polite but wouldn't have her again. Receptionist kept pushing to spend more money ie having a toner which I didn't need and trying to get me to have other treatments. Not happy

Had t section highlights. Nicola my hairdresser did a fantastic job. Was friendly and very accommodating. As she worked it out so I could get my nails done while there too, which was also excellent.
