I re-booked a perm here after having one in July 2025 however upon arrival was told I would need to have ANOTHER patch test… after already going through this before and having to return the next day, not to mention already having had a perm here. I wasted time and money travelling all the way from Clapham on the principle I wouldn’t need to do another patch test, as advised on my last visit - I’m the same client, booked in for the same treatment. Don’t come here if you value your time and money

My appointment was at perfect time with no delays.I even shouldn't explain much of what i wanted as the hairderesser understood exactly and delivered the great haircut I had in mind.That means experience .Also as my hair is not in good condition at all, she kindly suggested a hair mask i could use but I appreciated she wasn't pushing that to me but only left it at my decision if I want to buy.Many thanks to Joulie for looking after me. I'll be back.
