Excellent customer service . The hairdresser discussed my options and took into consideration what I was looking for in my cut. They were really busy so timing was delayed, but overall really happy with the result.

My booking was for 1230 but when I arrived it seemed they did not know who would do it. My treatment started 10 minutes lates and the time was not made up. I felt the beautician who did the treatment did not really want to.

Lovely facial - would definitely return for this treatment although not told about products used or discussion prior to treatment about skin type and needs. The towel I was given to cover with had stains (looked like bleach) and the room needs soundproofing - I could hear the noise from the hairdressers throughout which isn’t very relaxing. The neck, back and shoulder massage could have been improved. I had to ask to put my head through the hole instead of on a raised cushion which should be standard for massage. Also should focus from by the client’s head as massaging from the side is not effective and was painful. No discussion about pressure/needs of client either. I could tell the staff member was new as a little nervous so could do with additional training about how to speak to customers about needs and aftercare advice for clients.
