Booked for a re-style which in other places I have visited in the past has included a blow dry which in my mind would obviously be needed as part of a re-style only to be told as I arrived that it was going to cost me £15 extra than the original price if I wanted a blow dry.
Felt that the hairdresser didn't have the correct tools for the job.
Atmosphere was quite cold not much conversation from anyone.
Salon looked quite shabby.

Booked and prepaid a discounted £25 treatment on Treatwell and even called ahead to clarify the full costs. Despite this, I was still charged an extra £15 for hot wax on arrival, which was not clearly offered at booking?
The salon was very dirty. Old wax strips visible, a dirty chair, hair on the floor, which felt very unhygienic. The wax itself was decent, not the best. But overall the experience was misleading and disappointing. I would never return. Other reviews misled me.
