I was there for the first time to remove hair. The room was dirty and unpleasant! The lady was nice but not thorough, she did it quickly and not professionally.

Would not recommend. I don’t like to leave poor reviews and I am struggling to articulate how uncomfortable I felt at this salon. I would have preferred the salon cancel the booking than take the appointment and provide an inadequate service as they were clearly understaffed/overworked. Their rooms also need to be thoroughly cleaned, did not feel hygienic, and there was a large spider in the corner. Overall, not a pleasant experience and would not return.

I visit this salon regularly, and the service is always really great. A big thank you to all the ladies here. Today i received treatments from Nayyar, Rajji and Shaista, who are all lovely and very professional. Salon is clean with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I was really pleased with the outcome-thanks again! :)
