Waxing was fine, cant really go wrong with an arm wax.
One thing I noticed though is the same waxing stick was used throughout - if you're getting your face or sensitive areas done this is pretty unhygeinic.
I would go back for arms (but probably not another area ) due to this.

Roots were fine and done quite well, haircut was ok but layering not the best as my hair still looks blocky.
One thing I dont like is leaving you with wet hair - as 'rough' dry is still a dry. I would go back again though.
