Booked for a re-style which in other places I have visited in the past has included a blow dry which in my mind would obviously be needed as part of a re-style only to be told as I arrived that it was going to cost me £15 extra than the original price if I wanted a blow dry. Felt that the hairdresser didn't have the correct tools for the job. Atmosphere was quite cold not much conversation from anyone. Salon looked quite shabby.
