I will definitely be back, so much care was taken by both members of staff. I was very pleased with the cut. My daughter was also impressed and she went and made an appointment a few days later.

Elena welcomed me in a very friendly manner. I was offered coffee and sweets. My appointment was on Sunday which was perfect for me as I am working Monday-Friday in central London and was away on Saturday!
Elena was very precise while doing my haircut and I was more than happy with the result. Also when I left I took their leaflet and I have seen that they are doing treatments like facial, massage, nails and waxing. Amazing, all at the same place and for a reasonable price! thank you Style Studio

They really need to work on customer service .. It got so bad and awkward I was ready to stop the shampooing and walk out with wet hair because the hair dresser was making me so uncomfortable.
I have used Treatwell before and have never faced such a problem. They should have resolved any concerns in service pricing before starting treatment and not have stopping between the shampooing which was highly un-professional. A customer should not have to request the service provider to stop making them uncomfortable by their conversation.
But hair cut was good . However doesn't change the fact that I'm never going there again .
