The treatment room in the salon is very small and as other reviewers have posted it is right next to the hairdressing section so not a particularly relaxing ambiance. Having said that, the beautician was very friendly and was clearly very experienced - she was meticulous and did a very good job, and checked I was happy before leaving.

Cut and blowdry was good. Hairdresser took slightly more off than I was anticipating but other than that it was all fine. Quite a basic salon but they did the job well, and it was nice to go to a salon where I wasn't being 'sold' too the whole time with added extras or products.

The lady who did my eyebrows was very friendly and welcoming. She talked through all treatment options. My eyebrows look great. It look less than 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend to anyone and would return.

I have been here before and the hairdresser I had previously did a great job. I wasn't so happy with the haircut this time around with a different lady. I asked for a little trim and provided a picture, but the hairdresser didn't take time to ask what I really wanted and chopped off quite a lot. After it was blow dried I couldn't tell how much came off but the next day I got a shock after washing my hair. I was also asked for an extra £5 at the end which was no problem given that she thought I had medium length rather than short hair, but it would've been common courtesy to tell me this from the beginning rather than after the haircut! I now have short hair that doesn't particularly look good in any style which I can't wait to grow out. I feel bad about this review as when I first had a cut with Justyna, the other hairdresser, it was a great experience and I wrote a good review. All I can say is a blow-dry can do wonders to cover up a bad haircut and I don't want any scissors near my hair for a while!
