The treatment room in the salon is very small and as other reviewers have posted it is right next to the hairdressing section so not a particularly relaxing ambiance. Having said that, the beautician was very friendly and was clearly very experienced - she was meticulous and did a very good job, and checked I was happy before leaving.

Cut and blowdry was good. Hairdresser took slightly more off than I was anticipating but other than that it was all fine. Quite a basic salon but they did the job well, and it was nice to go to a salon where I wasn't being 'sold' too the whole time with added extras or products.

The lady who did my eyebrows was very friendly and welcoming. She talked through all treatment options. My eyebrows look great. It look less than 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend to anyone and would return.
