The member of staff that did my facial was so so lovely. She was really welcoming and friendly and also very helpful. I had a few skin concerns that she was more than happy to help and chat to me about what I could try. I was really impressed with the facial and the results afterwards. It was a lovely salon and I will definitely go back.
