I first had an appointment with Roy for haircut and ombré, I loved the haircut but wasn't very happy with my ombré. Nevertheless, Maria the manager offered me another appointment free of charge to achieve the look I was aiming for this time with Justyna whom I highly recommend- she is an amazing artist that won't let you go until you are happy. My hair, I recently learned has got very strong pigmentation and it was a hell of a job to take it to the color I wanted- Justyna could have just given up but she didn't and she kept a smile from beginning to end. She should be the employee of the month- I feel grateful and quiet touched she stayed pass the closing time of the salon. Truly a professional!
Great communication by staff, I had phoned ahead and was seen at a time that suited me. I was lucky that no one else was there which meant it was very quiet and relaxing. Fantastic value. Overall a very good massage.
Aromatherapy Massage
Yodit was great, very friendly, accomodating, professional and thorough. She waxed my legs carefully and thoroughly whilst making polite conversation and offering great advice for skincare and waxing regimes. I'll definitely be going back as a regular.
Excellent staff, very kind and obliging. They make sure to listen carefully to your haircut wishes and proceed with your hair in steps so that you can change your mind along the way. My hair was really bouncy and lovely at the end, especially the back which was shaped well and looking healthy. My fringe was a little disappointing but that was mostly my fault as I kept telling the stylist to cut shorter! Now it has grown out a bit and I am loving my hair. Top salon for the value.
